MEET THE TEACHER!
Hi!
My name is Mrs. Teasley and I am so excited to be your third grade teacher!
This will be my seventh year of teaching here at Somerset. I love third grade and
all of the exploring, learning, and FUN we get to have!
Some
things I love are sunny vacations, Seahawks, being outdoors, and shopping! My
favorite subject is reading. I LOVE to read. I recently went back to school to
earn a Masters degree and learned lots of new strategies to help you become a
better reader! Get ready for tons of new reading adventures this year! I can’t
wait to hear about the books that you enjoy reading!
I
grew up in Shelton, Washington with my mom, dad, and two brothers. I spend a
lot of time with my family! I now live in West Seattle with my husband and English
Bulldog, Bentley. You will hear a lot of Bentley stories this year!

can’t wait to spend the year learning and growing with you!
